The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of BIM projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and our overseas client specifications. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and effective communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Lead BIM projects from initiation to completion, coordinating with our overseas client representative, to ensure alignment with project goals.

BIM Coordination: Manage the integration of BIM processes and tools, facilitating collaboration among project teams and ensuring accurate and timely updates to models.

Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks of BIM models and documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.

Technical Support: Provide guidance and support to team members on BIM-related issues, troubleshooting problems, and implementing best practices.

Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding BIM-related inquiries, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

Training and Development: Mentor and train team members on BIM technologies and workflows, promoting continuous improvement and skill enhancement within the team.

Reporting: Prepare and present project updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

Budget and Resource Management: Assist in developing project budgets and timelines, managing resources effectively to meet project deadlines and financial targets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Design/ BIM management or a similar role within the AEC industry.

Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD) and other relevant tools.

Strong understanding of BIM standards and protocols (e.g., ISO 19650).

Excellent project management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Document Management: Organize, file, and maintain all project documents including contracts, drawings, specifications, and correspondence.
  • Ensure all documents are updated, accurate, and easily accessible to relevant stakeholders.
• Document Control Procedures:
  • Implement and adhere to document control procedures and protocols.
  • Track document revisions and ensure that the latest versions are distributed and used.
• Collaboration:
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to gather, distribute, and manage documentation.
  • Provide support for document-related queries and issues.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with document control procedures and standards.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of reports and documentation required for audits or inspections.
• Software and Systems Management:
  • Utilize document management software to organize and track documents.
  • Maintain and update electronic filing systems and databases.
• Document Retrieval:
  • Facilitate the retrieval and distribution of documents as required by project teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure that archived documents are properly stored and easily retrievable when needed.

Qualifications:

• Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of  2 to 3 years of experience in document control, preferably in the construction industry.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in document management software (e.g., Power BI ang Constriction cloud, t, Aconex) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Other Requirements:
  • Knowledge of construction terminology and documentation standards is a plus.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
