About the project
Located within Fujairah, a modern city separated from the rest of the UAE by the majestic Hajar mountains to the west and the serene Indian Ocean to the east, this project will feature the completion of the Address Hotel.
RDS is involved in the construction stage design management, which includes onsite and offsite construction stage design coordination using an integrated BIM model. The responsibilities also encompass preparing coordinated shop drawings for Concrete, Partition, Infrastructure, and Finishes along with 4D and 5D modeling.
