About the project
Nestled on the shores of the Arabian Gulf and facing the vibrant mangrove forests of Umm Al Quwain Bay, Roberts is delivering the luxurious Arabian-styled beach hotel and villas for Emaar Properties and Nshama.
The project has benefited from RDS’s integration of BIM modelling into all aspects of the design and the administration of the Digital Project Management System, which includes logistics planning, shop drawing and quantity take-offs, as well as as-built BIM/drawing submission.
