About the project
The new Marina Village is a research and wellness destination at the heart of a new gigaproject on the Saudi Arabian Red Sea coast. The master plan builds upon the techniques of local historic villages, encouraging density and self-shaded structures in response to energy demands and comfort, as well as defining the character of the many interconnected assets.
While structure and base build work is substantially complete, the RDS specialist team is at the head of the completion of landscape modelling and GA preparation.
