About the project
BW Metropolitan is a 320-apartment residential scheme spanning two towers in the heart of the new Belgrade Waterfront development on the banks of the SAVA river.
With over 17 stories and 45,000m² of Gross Floor Area (GFA), our parent company, Roberts Constructions, is executing the project in a joint venture with partner, Millennium team.
RDS is involved in construction stage design management, which includes onsite and offsite construction stage design coordination as well as the preparation of coordinated shop drawings for:
