About the project
The luxurious St Regis Hotel and Serviced Apartments, housed in Kula, Belgrade, designed by Skidmore Owings and Merrill (SOM), are beginning to dominate the Sava River and the Belgrade skyline.
The RDS team undertook BIM management, structural and architectural shop drawings and coordination, MEP shop drawing and coordination, value engineering rebar detailing, and 4D modelling construction methodology using BIM for this prestigious project in Belgrade.
