About the project
Situated at the heart of the Belgrade Waterfront development, and adjacent to the Metropolitan project, is the BW Simfonija apartments project catering to the Eagle Hills and BW team.
RDS manages the design development and construction stage design management, which includes BIM implementation and management, including quantity takeoff. Activities also involve onsite and offsite construction stage design coordination along with administering the Digital Project Management System. Preparation of coordinated shop drawings for concrete, MEP, rebar, partition, finishes, and landscape through the integrated BIM model as well as 4D and 5D modelling are among their responsibilities.
