About the project
Located within the bustling residential and commercial district of Barsha in Dubai, this modern and efficient building has been designed and constructed from project inception through feasibility, concept, to detailed design phases.
In addition to an extremely efficient structural and service design, RDS delivered all designs using LOD500 BIM, ensuring the building’s design and construction transition smoothly into an ID-tagged asset management model.
